Resolved Question: Failure to file city taxes, what to expect?

In 2007-08, I failed to file city taxes because I moved to new city (Euclid, OH), and my old city didn't require local taxes to be filed. I recently got a subpeona to provide my W-2's and federal tax forms for those years. I want to know what to expect when I show up with my documents. Do I need to hire a tax attorney? Traveling up to Ohio for this will cost me enough since I live in the south US now, and if I don't need an attorney, I'd rather not spend $1k I can't exactly afford. This is for income taxes, btw. I lived in Euclid while i was working in Mentor, my employer withheld taxes for Mentor. I did not move during the tax periods in question, i moved to Euclid before I started working in Mentor....
